FlashSeek is a fast, privacy-focused web search engine powered by Wikipedia content and custom enhancements like bang shortcuts, image results, and voice search.

You agree to use FlashSeek only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use automated scripts to collect data from FlashSeek
• Distribute harmful or malicious content through the platform
• Exploit, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service

4. Intellectual Property

The source code, name, and design of FlashSeek are protected by Creative Commmons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives (CC BY-NC-ND) and other intellectual property rights. Some content (e.g., Wikipedia excerpts) is used under Creative Commons licenses and credited appropriately.

5. No Warranty

FlashSeek is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, or performance.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use FlashSeek, including data loss, downtime, or external content reliability.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to FlashSeek at our discretion without notice for violations of these terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we do, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date.
